Production Report

The Production Report is used to track material usage. **Jobs must have completed processing to display in this report.

  1. To run this report navigate to the ‘Reports’ tab and click ‘Production Report

  2. Filter your search based on resource and install date. . **If you set the start and end dates to be the same date, nothing will come out on the report.  If you would like the report to detail a specific day, select that day as the start date and the following day as the end date.  It is ok to have a start date without an end date, and vice versa.

  3. Click ‘Run Report’ to generate the report

  • The Excel button allows you to export the information to an excel document on your computer.

  • The Print button allows you to print your report directly.

  • The Refresh button allows you to refresh the totals to ensure that all the information is up to date before exporting to Excel or printing.

  • This report allows you to see each crew member individually. This helps to see the efficiency of their work in regards to material usage. 

  • The Variance Material is the difference between the proposed amount and the actual amount. 

  • The Variance Percentage is calculated by dividing the variance material amount by the actual material used.
