Technician's Platform
Overview
JobPro’s technician's app is a state of the art application that can speed up and improve the flow of information between your crews and office. Crews will be able to take their assigned jobs with them and enter any important information about their work right from the jobsite. Jobs can even be taken and stored offline so that they still have access to enter their information when cell service is not reliable. When the technician is online and entering information, the job is updated automatically in the system. This allows anyone in the office access to up to date information from the crews. (Any information added to a job while it is offline will be updated when the technician has service and can ‘Sync’ their jobs.)
