Invoice, Proposal, and Agreement Templates

JobPro allows you to customize the look of your Invoices and Proposals. Customizing these Templates requires basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, but JobPro support would be glad to provide a quote to customize your invoice to your liking.

There are three different customizable templates.

• Invoice Templates--Invoice Templates allow you to completely customize the look of the invoice document that is delivered to your customer. You can have multiple Invoice Templates to cover various scenarios such as commercial, residential, or tract home.

• Proposal Templates--Proposal Templates allow you to completely customize the look of the proposal document that is delivered to your customer. You can have multiple Proposal Templates to cover various scenarios such as commercial, residential, tract home, or even to run special advertising

• Proposal Agreement Templates--Proposal Agreement Templates allow you to create generated documents that a customer must agree to when signing a proposal electronically. 

You have the option to add as many templates as necessary for your company. New templates can be added and/or edited through the System Configuration Page. To add a new template, simply click which type you want to add from the left menu and then click the green '+' button on the page. This will open a new page where you have the opportunity to edit the document information, margins, and the HTML/CSS content.
