Sets Usage Report

The Sets Usage Report allows you to track the efficiency of your crews and equipment regarding spray foam.  **Jobs must have completed processing to display in this report.

1. To run this report, navigate to the ‘Reports' tab on the main menu bar, click ‘Sets Usage Report’

   

2. Filter your search based on equipment, item type and install date. **If you set the start and end dates to be the same date, nothing will come out on the report.  If you would like the report to detail a specific day, select that day as the start date and the following day as the end date.  It is ok to have a start date without an end date, and vice versa.

   

3. Click ‘Run Report’ to generate your report

• The Excel button allows you to export the information to an excel document on your computer.

• The Print button allows you to print your report directly.

• The Refresh button allows you to refresh the totals to ensure that all the information is up to date before exporting to Excel or printing.

• In this report, you will be able to see: the equipment that was used, the crew member on the job, install date, job, proposed sets, actual sets, the over-under ratio of proposed to actual and the net gain or loss of the job.
