The Documents page on the Technician’s Platform will display any documents that the salesperson or an admin has added to the job. From here users will also be able to add their own documents directly from their device. This could be pictures of before/after the job or anything else they may need to add.
To access this page, click the paper icon.
Any added documents will be displayed here. Simply click on the one you’d like to view, and it will open for you. If you need to add your own documents, click the ‘Add Document’ button.
This will open a pop-up window that allows you to choose your file and add a description of what you are uploading.
