The Appointment Calendar is a feature in JobPro that allows you to see a calendar view of any and all appointments that have been created within a Datasheet. Appointments can be displayed by the assigned color of the salesperson or the job type. This feature makes it easy to identify each individual appointment. You also have the option to filter your view for appointments to all or specific sales people. This allows each user to easily filter their calendar to only show their own appointments.
Finding the Appointment Calendar
The Appointment Calendar can be accessed through the ‘Reports’ dropdown on the main menu.
Simply click ‘Appt. Calendar’ and a pop-up window will appear displaying the calendar.
To filter by Salesperson. Click the ‘Salesperson’ dropdown in the top left hand corner.
Click the salesperson you’d like to filter by and the Calendar will update.
To change the color display and other settings click the ‘Calendar Settings’ button on the top right hand side of the calendar.
a pop-up window will appear that will allow you to choose which color code will be displayed (either by Salesperson or Job Type) and the start and end date fields.
Once you have your settings chosen, click the ‘Save & Close’ button and you will return to the Appointment Calendar.
Setting an Appointment
To set an appointment navigate to the Datasheet you need to set an appointment for.
Click on the ‘Appointment’ tab
This tab contains any previously set appointments as well as the ‘Add Appointment’ button.
Simply click this button and enter the new appointment information.
Start and End Date
Start and End time (optional)
Appointment type (optional)
Make sure to click the ‘Save’ button at the top of the screen to save your appointment information.
To delete an appointment simply click the red 'X' under the Delete column.
